This promotional package is offered by Travel Bargains, LLC and is hosted by Silver Lake Resort, Ltd., for the purpose of introducing its vacation ownership products.

This is a targeted promotion designed to appeal to individuals most likely to purchase vacation ownership from Silver Lake Resort. To take part in this promotion and obtain any promised gift or vacation, participants in this promotion must meet the requirements as specified below:

To be eligible for this offer you must meet the following requirements:

Attendance at 90-minute to 2-hour tour and timeshare sales presentation at Silver Lake Resort.
Must be gainfully employed.
Must have an annual household income of at least $50,000.00
Must be at least 21 years of age (If married or a cohabitating couple, one party of the couple shall meet the age requirement).
Married or cohabitating couples must attend the tour and sales presentation in its entirety together.
Must present a valid photo I.D. and credit card at check-in.
Must speak English or Spanish.
Any changes in eligibility must be in writing and be signed by an officer of Travel Bargains, LLC.

This promotional package IS NOT available to residents of the following states: Alaska, California, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Presentation of additional package incentives, i.e. Attraction Tickets, will occur after the tour and sales presentation is concluded.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

The retail value of this promotional vacation package ranges from $257 - $367 depending on the season.

Travel Bargains, LLC reserves all rights including the right to provide a rain-check or a like substitute incentive, if the offered accommodations or other package incentives are not available. In such event, you will be provided: (1) a like incentive of equivalent or greater retail value or a rain-check for such substitute incentive; (2) a substitute incentive of equivalent or greater value; or (3) a rain-check for the substitute incentive. Any recipient who receives an offered incentive may request and will receive evidence showing that the incentive provided matches the incentive randomly or otherwise selected for distribution to that recipient.

The promotional package provides a standard hotel room. Accommodations are for a maximum of two adults and maximum of two children under age 18, sharing the same hotel room accommodation. Reservations are based on availability. The guest is responsible for transportation, meals not included, the hotel occupancy tax of 13% (approx $6.50 per night) and incidentals such as long distance telephone charges, etc. The hotel requires a credit card deposit at time of check-in. A 7-day advance notification of rescheduling of a confirmed reservation is required. A $25 rescheduling fee will be charged each time a confirmed reservation is re-scheduled. Failure to arrive on a confirmed scheduled date will cause forfeiture of this promotional package and forfeiture of all advance purchase monies previously submitted for this promotional package. Sorry, pets are not allowed at the hotel (Please ask us for information regarding nearby pet hotels).

This offer and/or accommodation are not transferable. Not valid for groups (two or more couples and/or families or friends traveling together). This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional and is limited to only one offer per household. This is an advance purchase package offer and is non-refundable and is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Silver Lake Resort and Travel Bargains, LLC do not assume any liability or responsibility for damages, expenses or inconveniencies, nor any loss, injury, death or damages to any person or property at any resort (accommodations) or on any aircraft to or in transit to or from resort /aircraft, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellation due to nature, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, or acts of God.

Through the action of purchasing this package you acknowledge that you have read, meet and agree to the above terms and conditions and understand that if you arrive at the hotel provided by this promotional package and do not meet the requirements as listed above you will be charged the normal prevailing rate for hotel accommodations (up to $125. per night) and will not be eligible to receive the additional incentives provided by this promotional package.
