TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This promotional vacation package is offered by Travel Bargains, LLC and is subsidized by Grand Pacific Resorts for the purpose of introducing its vacation ownership products.

This is a targeted promotion designed to appeal to individuals most likely to purchase timeshares from Grand Pacific; while Grand Pacific will sell to any individual regardless of race, age, sex, marital status, physical condition or sexual preference, to take part in this promotion and obtain any promised gift or vacation, participants in this promotion must meet the requirements as specified below:

To be eligible for this offer you must meet the following requirements:

Attend and complete (both parties of a couple) an informative 120-minute walking tour and timeshare sales presentation.
Be a resident of one of the following states: California, Arizona, or Nevada.
Be between the ages of 30 and 68 years of age (If married or a cohabitating couple, one party of the "couple" shall meet the age requirement).
Possess a gross annual income of a minimum $50,000. (Married or cohabitating couples may combine their total income).
Have not previously participated in a Grand Pacific Resorts timeshare sales presentation or purchased a Grand Pacific Resorts timeshare.
Present a picture ID (driver's license or state ID) verifying your residence (couples: requires residence at the same address).
Present a valid major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover) debit or ATM cards are not accepted).
All parties attending the timeshare sales presentation must understand and speak fluent English without the benefit of an interpreter.
(Any changes in eligibility must be in writing and be signed by an officer of Travel Bargains)

Presentation of additional package incentives, i.e. Attraction tickets, dining voucher, etc., will occur after the tour and Vacation Ownership sales presentation is concluded.

We are sorry but children may not accompany parents on the tour and timeshare sales presentation. Complimentary child-care is available while parents are participating in the tour and sales presentation.

Through the action of purchasing this package you acknowledge that you have read, meet and agree to the above terms and conditions and understand that if you arrive at the hotel provided by this promotional package and do not meet the requirements as show above, you will be charged the normal prevailing rate for hotel accommodations, plus tax and the cost of any incentives issued to you in conjunction with the promotional package, i.e. attraction tickets gift certificates, vouchers, ect. Charges to your credit card not to exceed $ 430.

The retail value of this promotional vacation package ranges from $400 - $490 depending on the season. The promotional vacation package provides a standard hotel room accommodation at Grand Pacific Palisades Resort & Hotel. Accommodations are for a maximum of two adults and maximum of two children, sharing the same hotel room accommodation. Reservations are based on availability. The guest is responsible for the hotel occupancy tax of 10% (approx $6.00-$7.00 per night) and any incidentals charges incurred by the guest, such as transportation, meals, telephone charges, etc. The hotel requires a credit card deposit at time of check-in. A 7-day advance notification of rescheduling of a confirmed reservation is required. A $25 rescheduling fee will be charged each time a confirmed reservation is re-scheduled. Failure to arrive on a confirmed scheduled date will cause forfeiture of this promotional package and forfeiture of all advance purchase monies previously submitted for this promotional package. Sorry, pets are not allowed at the hotel (Please ask us for information regarding nearby pet hotels).

This offer is not valid for groups (two or more couples and/or families or friends traveling together) or in conjunction with any other promotional offer and is limited to only one offer per household. This is an advance purchase package offer and is non-refundable and is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This offer and/or accommodation are not transferable.

Travel Bargains reserves all rights including the right to provide a rain check or a like substitute incentive, if the offered accommodations or other package incentives are not available. In such event, you will be provided: (1) a like incentive of equivalent or greater retail value or a rain check for such substitute incentive; (2) a substitute incentive of equivalent or greater value; or (3) a rain check for the substitute incentive. Any recipient who receives an offered incentive may request and will receive evidence showing that the incentive provided matches the incentive randomly or otherwise selected for distribution to that recipient.

Sponsor(s) and provider(s) of this package do not assume any liability or responsibility for damages, expenses or inconveniencies, nor any loss, injury, death or damages to any person or property at any resort (accommodations) or on any aircraft to or in transit to or from resort /aircraft, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellation due to nature, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, or acts of God.
